Welcome to the South Carolina Cotton Museum


              Lee County Veterans Museum

Please Note:  The Museums will be closed on Saturdays until at least April 17th.  Limited hours of operation may come into effect during weekdays as we go through the current Corona Virus crisis.  Please call the museum if you are wanting to visit to be sure we can accommodate you.

Please call ahead to schedule your group to avoid large numbers

of tourists congregating at the museum at the same time per CDC and local

authorities recommendations.

This year (2019) we will be closed Dec 24-26th for Christmas.  We will re-open Friday, December 27th at 10:00 a.m.  and remain open normal business hours through December 30th.  We will be closed December 31st and January 1st and re-open January 2nd at 10:00 am.

Come in and see the           " world's largest" Boll Weevil.
Able to eat a Cotton field in a single day.

Cotton bales of all sizes. Have your picture taken with one or take one home from the Company Store.

Beautiful Cotton Art both past and present are on exhibit through out the museum.

Gifts, like this official South Carolina tapestry are on sale in the Company Store.
